Yes I av and it was a bad experience!na so so shi!t I jx dey shi!t,,,,,na my toilet I sleep dat nyt since then I vowed never to go near the pot again!

If you need ask the Igede people from Benue state to prepare it for you... 98 percent of their men can eat up the pot just to... U know what I mean! I'm one of them. That's the only reason I will marry from there o lol!

I have ooo, the taste was horrible. ewww! I get this nauseating feeling whenever I perceive anything made from groundnut/peanuts. undecided

My corper neighbor made it for me when I was serving. I really loved it. She's from Jos, and apparently it's a fairly common soup there. She taught me how to make it then, but I just couldn't find the groundnut paste in the market I checked in Lagos.
groundnut paste ke? lol just dry blend your groundnut either raw Gnut or pan roasted Gnut and that's all...

A good friend from that side makes it for us occasionally. She loads it with all kinds of animal and it's so delicious. I enjoy eating it with anything from wheat to rice to bread oh......that's how I roll!

Dat wouldnt have happened if a little quantity of washed bitterleaf was added to it..
Groundnut soup tastes great and its one of my best.....prepare it with enough fish and download it with a plate of pounded yam.

If I make groundnut soup for you, you won't want to taste any other soup again.. it takes some special culinary skills( of which I posses) to bring out that special taste that truly makes it groundnut soup grin grin

I like it when those Ghanaians make it...then I eat it with their foufou or banku (can't imagine the soup with eba tho). It is second to palm-nut soup for me whenever I visit Ghana. Haven't been able to locate a seller in Lagos, Naija tho sad

It is a local soup in Edo state, Auchi to be precise.
I love it very much. My wife had to learn it from my mum before we got married because she is from Ekiti and she can do it very well now.
prepared Just like melon soup only this time you enjoy it more with dried fish, goat meat and assorted.
Ask people from that area They are the best in it.
