You are a REAL village id0it. If you really did do an accounting degree, you would have agreed that accounting is 1 of but many subjects you have to pass to qualify for an accounting degree(well in SA you have to), including Management Accounting , financial Accounting and business management to name 3, and all 3 especially Management accounting have alot to do about Purchasing and sales, but to be honest i dont expect you to understand.

And even in your Auditing subjects you have to at least know the basics of a companies tender processes.

Accountants don't deal with tenders.

We do...

Fin Acct, Mgt Acct, Cost Acct, Tax, Audit, Coy Law. Biz Law, IT/Data. Those are our professional backbone courses.

Management accounting is simply advanced Cost accounting for decision making cadre, NOTHING to do with tenders of purchasing and supply. Most of MA is hypothetical and far from reality like tenders are for tangible things !

Don't challenge me on my first degree o ! I go roast ya !

JF-17 IS AN OVERRATED EASTERN FIGHTER WITH TOO MANY WEAKNESSES.

The JF-17 lack stealth capability, a feature which will make it very expensive should it be integrated on its later variants, however, both China and Pakistan have already made it clear that there are no intentions to make JF-17 a stealth fighter. Any fighter without a stealth capability is more like a flying casket since you will be exposed to the enermy long before it is necessary. A stealth capability makes fighters to remain undetected for very long time until it is noticed by a nakedd eye flying in your vicinity and by then it will already be too late to launch countermeasures. Stealth fighters have the ability to beat radar radioactivity and the same time detect the enermy beforehand, a capability that makes it a vicious killer.

JF-17 have a poor pay load to handle heavy ordnances and such capability makes it only good as a hit and run fighter. However, that capability is only possible to be used against rebels since a fully fledged force would detect it long before it launches attack through a radar and thus activate countermeasures beforehand. The JF-17 pilot would have been dead before he tries to do anything.

JF-17 is a poor interceptor with a maximum speed of mach 1.6. How will it intercept fighters with a maximum speed of over mach 2 since most 4th gen fighter carry such speed? Surely, that is one feature that JF-17 does not have, it was only meant to meet the pockets of poor countries riddled with insurgency and not to counter fully fledged Airforce, because YOU WILL DIE.

2014 is almost done, for a supposed 2012 review.

Why are you in such a hurry? Defence review is a reality which will happen and see SANDF as the most modern military in Africa.

DEFENCE REVIEW BEFORE PARLIAMENT

23-7-2014
Pretoria – Defence and Military Veterans Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula says she hopes Parliament will treat the finalisation of the Defence Review as a matter of “critical urgency”.
The Defence Review Committee unveiled its comprehensive Defence Review Report earlier this year.
The objective of the review is to create a balanced, flexible and modern force, which uses advanced technology in response to the changing nature of the defence function globally.
The review was approved by Cabinet in March this year, and was thereafter sent to Parliament.
Addressing the media ahead of her department’s Budget Vote in Parliament on Wednesday, Minister Mapisa-Nqakula said the country is engaged in a useful but “long overdue” public discourse about the mandate and scope, the design and resourcing of the Defence Force going into the future.
“This discourse, based on the 2014 Defence Review, is finally now here in Parliament, and accordingly must
constitute a significant part of this Budget Debate today.
“While there are many current topical issues and ongoing programmes within the defence environment, our work in this financial year has to be subject to the implementation programme of the Defence Review, once finalised by
Parliament,” she said.
Minister Mapisa-Nqakula said the ministry has in the meantime created full-time capacity to develop a
methodology for implementing the Defence Review after Parliament finalises it.

Rebuilding the force

The review essentially points to a decline in the capabilities of the Defence Force due to an insufficient budget allocated to defence.
In accordance with the Defence Review, in the coming years, the Defence Force must heighten its reaction,
protection, peacekeeping and combat capabilities. Likewise, maritime and cyber-defence security must be upgraded.
Minister Mapisa-Nqakula said her department is looking at a Defence Development Programme spanning 20 years, divided into four Medium Term Strategic Framework (MTSF) periods of five years each.
According to the minister, the first MTSF is the current period 2014/15 to 2018/10. The next five years strategic
programme will be based on the aspects of the Defence Review for the first MTSF period.
“The strategic intent of the ministry in the next five years will be built into the planning cycle of government and will be aligned to support the National Development Plan (NDP) , the New Growth Path and the Industrial Policy Action Plan,” Minister Mapisa-Nqakula said.
“In addition, it is also going to be important that the implementation of the Defence Review takes into
consideration the tasks and commitments for defence arising from the new National Security Strategy,” she said.
The Defence Review also provides a coherent account of how the South African National Defence Force is able to contribute to South Africa’s overall socio-economic growth, if its policies are to be adequately financed, developed and implemented. – SAnews.gov.za

Currently active Special Forces in Africa :

Nigeria's highly experienced Special Forces battle inside Balmo Forest this week

"The Nigerian Army has discovered a plan by the Boko Haram insurgents to attack 25 communities and villages spread across five states in the troubled North-East zone.

A credible security source, who confided in our correspondent on Thursday, said that the Boko Haram hit list was recovered by Special Forces during an operation at the Balmo Forest.

According to the source, the targeted communities are spread across five states of Adamawa, Borno, Bauchi, Gombe, Yobe.

The source said, “There are 25 towns and communities mentioned in the Balmo Forest hit list of the sect recovered by the troops.

http://www.punchng.com/news/bharam-army-uncovers-plot-to-invade-five-states/

.

Nigeria does not have so called experienced special forces. All Nigeria's special forces are still inexperienced and well in an infancy stage. Nigeria atmy has no any previous history of utilising special ops in its existence, thus, it will be an insult to the special forces brigades across the world to ever brand Nigerian special forces as highly experienced.

I proved my $2 Billion value. You should be honest enough to admit that.

Define blue water navy from dictionary and lets see where NNS centenary, NNS Unity, NNS Thunder and NNS Okpabana will stand after sailing from Lagos to Australia without refuelling, I guess the deep ocean is not blue from Lagos to Australia, it's all brown swamp river water according to South African educational textbooks
.

We do not need to approach dictionary in this instance. The finalisation of this matter is that NN does not have a blue water capability. You can sail over it yet you do not have the capability to combat over it.

Abrams is 100% composite CHOBAHM armor, which in 24 years of warfare has never been penetrated and is now even harder to penetrate with the addition of the DU layer
http://www.fprado.com/armorsite/abrams.htm

Russian tanks have allways been, and will allways be inferior to western tanks as Russians do not emphasize survivability, they focus on ease of production and higher numbers in order to win tank engagements

300 SANDF with latest DENEL weapons and mortars Vs 1,500 Seleka with obsolete second hand guns and cannon rusty rotten from black market.

13 hour battle.

Photo evidence shows to the world 15 dead SANDF but ZERO dead Seleka rebels...no dead bodies ever seen since almost 2 year.

SANDF saved by make shift white flag built by pulling of one white pant and hanging it on R4 rifle barrel
.

Now you are telling lies with the stats. SANDF only deployed 200 of us and we fought almost over 3000 rebels. Total strength of Seleka was way over 10 000 countrywide.
