Read through current affairs u will see that almost every currency is going through this problem , the falling oil price and the economic contraction of china plus other factor is responsible , even the japanese yen has lost many points. All these conspiracy theory is getting out of hand .

Please check the exchange rates against all currencies. Dollar is almost at a ten year high. The oil producing countries are just getting hit harder.
