Buhari speaking during a Liberty FM Hausa Service Programme, Guest of the Week, on Sunday in Kaduna said that [b]Boko Haram members were being killed and their houses demolished [/b]unlike the “special treatment” given to the Niger Delta militants by the Federal Government Buhari, who also blamed President Goodluck Jonathan for failing to tackle the security problems in the country, argued that the challenges started in the Niger Delta. He said, “What is responsible for the security situation in the country is caused by the activities of Niger Delta militants. “Every Nigerian that is familiar with happenings knows this. The Niger Delta militants started it all. What happened is that the governors of the Niger Delta at that time wanted to win their elections, so they recruited youths and gave guns and bullets to them to use against their opponents to win elections by force. “After the elections, they asked the boys to return the guns, and the boys refused to do so. Because of that the allowance that was being given to them by the governors was stopped.” Buhari said his joining the proposed All Progressives Congress was not all about securing the party presidential ticket for the 2015 elections. According to him, the formation of the APC and his joining the group is to help effect the needed change in the polity and not just about his presidential ambition. He declared, “If APC fails to give me the ticket, I will remain in partisan politics and in the party. Anyone the party picks as its candidate, I will support him because I will remain in the APC.” Besides, Buhari noted that the problem of the country was that of bad leadership, which the APC was out to change. Buhari is an agent of Balkanization and retrogression. Nigerians shine your eyes. Buhari spared president shagari because he is Hausa Fulani and sent Vice President Alex Ekwueme to prison because he is Igbo. Buhari sent Ambrose Ali and Adekunle Ajasin to prison eventho the tribunal he set up discharged and acquired the duo. In the case of Pa Ajasin, he was discharged and aquited twice but was still sent to jail. Yet he spared many nothern politicians from his draconian clamp down. Buhari denied tai Solarin access to medicine and treatment eventho he knew tai Solarin was an asthmatic patient before he was imprisoned. Buhari said in 2008 that Abacha is not corrupt and didn't steal any money from Nigeria.. Why wouldn't say so when Abacha is no less Hausa Fulani. Buhari toppled a democratically elected govt and is the only head of state who never planed a transition to democracy yet he wants to be president under a democracy. What if abdusalam abubakar chose to be like Buhari and not plan a transition and hand over to civil rule, Buhari would av graciously served under that military govt. Like he served under Abacha's govt of tyrany and wickedness. Do u know that if there was no Buhari, there may not have been an IBB as military head of state and there may not have been an Abacha as military head of state? Imagine that Nigeria has been practicing democracy since 1983 till date, wouldn't we have made considerable progress as a nation? It was general Buhari who destroyed that democracy and imprisoned anybody who dared to request for a transition to democratic rule. Atiku abubakar some weeks before the ApC presidential primaries told apc delegates not to vote for a religious bigot like Buhari.. Nigerians shine your eyes. Buhari is being repackaged in beautiful carton of lies and deceit. Buhari can only take us back, never forward.. Don't say we didn't tell you o. Buhari didn't build any rifinery in Nigeria, he only commissioned it. The rifinery project had been ongoing for over 6 years before Buhari toppled Shagari's govt. Inflation under Buhari in 1984 was 40%. The only credibility Buhari has to his name is the war against indiscipline which of clouts was selective and inequitably applied depending on whether u are from the north or south. If not for Buharis lack of vision and foresight, Lagos would not be experincing the kind of traffic and gridlock it is experiencing today. It was Buhari who refused to approve the Lagos metro line project in 1984/85. Let the house rat tell the bush rat oo that a vote for Buhari is a vote against the labours of our heroes past. Though those statements are old yet its sensitivity remains fresh in my heart as it shows the true content of the heart of a pretender. Let the deceived be shouting change! Change!! Change!!! soma042:GMB is just being human and to the best of my knowledge, he is a Nigerian. Putting sentiments apart, this is a man whom in his track records was never labelled as being corrupt but a no nonesense person. Nigerians needs a straight forward individual who will deal with the corrupt cabals perpetrating themselves as leaders in this country just the way some leaders were treated in Ghana some years ago. People keep believing that the statement was a bit old, but the question here is........ Has he denied the agitation to for total implementation of sharia law in Nigeria. You can answer the question. Secondary has he retracted his statement credited to him about what he believe in. I'm still here all night waiting for the day it will happen. Lastly, he has shown commitment both in action and in deeds that he support the deadly sect members to the point that he was called upon to represent them in negotiating with fed. Govt. this year. A call he accepted whole heartedly before the leader of APC called him to order. Killing Boko Haram terror gang members is in essence depleting the ranks of Weeping General Buhari's genocidal foot-soldiers, while also seizing the weaponry acquired, imported and distributed thanks to Buhari's looted wealth, thereby effectively preventing the use of all that materiel to further Buhari's open agenda of TRYING to AGAIN unseat an elected government in Nigeria.
