PhenomenonVFX:If every Hausa or Fulani politically supports Buhari, then your benign attempt to be reasonable deserves a second glance. However if the opposite is remotely the case, thus, all Hausa or Fulani does not politically prefer Buhari to another candidate, it is fair to say you are more idiotic than the ethnic group you have castigated in your post. |

CaptainOjemba:How can the system be changed? When Jonathan entered in 2010 I thought true federalism will be his major agenda but he seemed comfortable with the unitary system and he is enjoying the absolute power the system bestows on the President but has not applied it wisely. Federalism must not be completely fiscal but decentralisation of stately roles and then gradually fiscal aspects will be introduced. My best bet is a possible Igbo independent country but Igbos are not supporting that. They keep humiliating and killing Biafran activists and Igbos keep blind eye to it because they want to be in Jonathans good book. You cant get freedom that way. |

stanech:Truncating democracy..well that was the worst democratic government we have witnessed, buhari did just the right tin. Shagari's administration wud have led to Nigeria's disintegration, but tank god for Buhari. |

fairheven:So buhari is afraid of disintegration? Really? The same buhari that supports sharia shouldn't he be happy about disintegration so that he can practice his sharia properly. Shagari's Administration couldn't have been the worst because most of the visible projects in Edo state today was done by that government. Buhari is just to me a power hungry man that's all |

phantom:There is nothing new in the article. Same blackmailing igbos to vote Buhari narrative which now sounds like a broken record. They say igbos are never united, now they are not happy at igbos being united over a common cause which is reject Buhari. The earlier you align with this order as an "igbo man" the better for you. |

Adminisher:Ok. Let's see how deep this Jonathan ship will sink... And in any case it finally doesn't get to sink, I'll definitely be on the laughing and mocking side of the divide. U guys are beginning to celebrate a wee to early! That's usually the sign of an impending failure |

stanech:Buhari supporting sharia...and so wat?did anybody force sharia on you? Visible projects in Edo state...that's all you cud tink of,one state out of all the states of the federation, wat happened to the rest? An that also tells me that GEJ hasn't realy done much projects that are visible if you still particular about shagaris projects, the more reason for GEJ to be voted out,or way says thou? |

Abagworo:so since gej could not change the structure u now feel buhari can support the structural change? Both gej n buhari are unfit to govern nigeria. We need intelligent fellows n I could not see it in both of them. As for Biafra, am indifferent to its cause. Wud like a workable nigeria where there is a mutual respect for all groups. |
| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by Nobody: 8:54pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
fairheven:That is the problem with those mugus. They defend GEJ as if their lives depended on it but will not allow other Igbos freedom of expression or association. It is either their way or the highway. All Igbo must think like them or they will throw tantrums. Soon they will come here and asking about ur lineage. Then suggest that u should go and ask ur mother who ur father is. Those childish archaic practice of senseless barbarians. |

Keep the light shining. They have resorted to cheap blackmail and it will never work. Buhari is a failed project in Igboland and that's it. |

phantom:This one is our ikwere bro.... Did Amaechi send u, tell Amaechi that GEJ is respectful and have more regard for igbos than him. How many times have ur fellow ikere kinsmen had to call Amaechi to order about is utterances about the entire igbo nation. Ikwere should pray very hard that the ijaws don't start killing them from the south and the igbos killing them from the east. Pray very well and shove this ur trash where the sun don't shine. what is permanent is interest... but being sincere Gej has tried for d Igbo ppl... I ve one thing against him... Gej built d east-west road dat connects d entire southsouth, he commissioned it fully and it's nearing completion... but when it came for sth he was to do for the southeast, d 2nd Niger bridge... he used ppp... which means d ppl wud have to pay a toll to use d bridge.. Mr president y didn't u toll east-west road but u re planning to toll d 2nd Niger bridge... it's not right, what's good for tonye is also good for azikiwe. |

Duru1:I guess this means u re-read what I wrote and have come to realise ur foolishness. The problem with being perpetually bitter is that u get paranoid and begin to read ur own meaning into whatever people say or do. Ur preconceived notions formed ur first reply to my first comment. U couldnt even wait to understand what I wrote. LMAO. Now u are feeling like sheep. |
