nku5: Yeske2:

Nothing to offer aside ministerial appointments, what else? We live here and we know what people are beginning to say.Gej may win the SE next year but not the magical 98-99% he got last time. His kinsmen like Asari Dokubo chastises him but no onye Igbo would dare as if he's he's your Jesus. |
| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by Nobody: 10:24pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
Yoritshekiri:he started construction of most roads in the south east 2 months to election... y he has been in power for more than 5 years... it's quite suspicious. |

Let us not forget the conversion of Enugu into an aviation hub. They nearly killed Stella Oduah for dat. Enugu International Airport nearing completion. We have got more from GEJ than all the previous president put together. |

@Yeske2 - I see you amended your post after I replied you. Read am again I said clearly that not much has been done in the east. For you to use FG infrastructural projects or lack of as a gauge for SE feelings towards GEJ makes me wonder your knowledge of the SE. Since independence if you don't know (especially after the war) ndi igbo have not waited for or depended on FG feeding bottle. Did ndi Imo state not build an airport from their own private pockets?? |
| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by FreeGlobe(f): 10:30pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
Yeske2:so you agree there are ministerial appointments. GEJ has empowered more igbos than any president in history. Don't come here deceiving people claiming you stay in onitsha as the average igbo man will vote a goat than vote Hausa/Yoruba presidency. This time Jonathan will even win 99.8%, with the .2 going to you dull and inconsequential SE residents. keep deceiving your deluded self. |

lygn19:it was only announced that a contract has been signed for the rehabilitation of a section of the PH- Enugu road. I do not see any work commencing on that road soon. It is all a political scam to deceive Igbos. |

| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by nku5: 10:34pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
Yeske2:We are saying the same thing. Its obvious he has done more for the north and the SW than the SE no argument for that one. But to allege that ppl in the SE don't like GEJ anymore is a major fallacy |
| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by Yeske2(m): 10:37pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
FreeGlobe:Olodo, check the Anambra thread and see pix i post and stuff to tell you i stay here, I'm based here, not like you typing from God knows where but knows the heartbeat of the people here. 100% in your dreams |
| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by FreeGlobe(f): 10:42pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
Yeske2:You are clearly a victim of the SW media with the rubbish you type. While your Islamic fundermentalist saviour that will save Nigeria failed to award a single project in the East during his rule while tarring all the roads in the north with ptf money, GEJ has upgraded the Enugu airport, the started onitsha/Enugu expressway from the onitsha axis, empowered more igbos (today we have more legitimate igbo billionaires), supported innoson vision, honored igbo sons esp Achebe when the Hausa/Yorubas caucus thought otherwise. And yet in your widest imagination you think we will leave him and go back to Hausa/Yorubas presidency? you must be a clown! |
| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by Yeske2(m): 10:44pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
nku5:He's done nothing for anyone but his cronies, travel in a bus from Onitsha to Enugu and hear people's complaints. He does not care about the SE. |
| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by cheruv: 10:47pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
all I can see is cheap blackmail against the Igbo nation and this is aided by Igbo Quislings like berem.the OP shouldn't ve said 1966 but 1001AD so that we know how backward we're. the 30M Igbos resident in Nigeria should give GEJ 99% in votes lemme see what would happen!! ![]() |
| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by FreeGlobe(f): 10:49pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
Yeske2:so in the bus they said they would vote Buhari instead? Next time your in that bus raise the topic of Buhari and tell us later how it went. lol. |
| Re: The Igbos: Are We Guided By Memory, Or Blinded By Bitterness? by Aegon(m): 10:52pm On Dec 21, 2014 |
No amount of subtle blackmail in this article will change our Igbo votes for GEJ. We support the President to the end why? Because he supports our businesses by providing a level playing environment. Mostly because he's the most abused and persecuted leader in Nigerian history. Since its an open secret that any policy that may favour the Igbo however marginally is fiercely resisted in Abuja by the yoru- Fulani I will be the last idiot to cast my vote in support for such a people to ascend to power. Mr Op even if buhari supporters like you are threatening subtly that the Yoruba will do another Awolowo starvation and twenty pounds should APC win, I'm not buying it. Even if you subtly say that he's a Niger Deltan who's people were saboteurs during the civil war and shouldn't be trusyed, its not lost on me. If you think ethnicity shouldn't be an issue in my voting pattern please take that sermon to Ibrahim Commassie of the Arewa Consultative Forum and Junaid Mohamed of the Northern elders Forum or The Afenifere. These three have openly adopted their candidate of choice and we all know who and on what basis. Don't get me wrong Buhari is not a bad guy either, I feel he's been unjustly treated by bad propaganda of religious fanaticism. I feel pity for him at times. I wish it were otherwise i'd have voted for him but I realize if I vote Buhari I vote for Tinubu too, No way. It would have been a tough choice but Buharis backers sealed the deal in favour of GEJ. |

FreeGlobe:Go ethnic or religious as others, e no concern me. Started Onitsha-Enugu because of election just weeks ago, a road that was better in 2011 than today, what happened years back? Airport that gets flooded after rain, even Lagos, Abuja and PH airports airports couldn't make the best ten in Africa, Onitsha and Awka axis was taken up by the state government because the clueless one knows nothing about it. Where do you stay in the SE sef Bros |

Yeske2:I'm from Anambra. I visit home as often as I can and I see things for myself not by what SW media feeds me. The roads that were contructed from onitsha headbridge is a FG project. Now you are talking about flooding of Enugu airport, not its new international status and upgrade after over 38 years of yorubas/Fulani leadership. How many times have the airport been flooded. how many times did Lagos, Abuja and PH airports make top 10 in Africa during Buhari, obasanjo etc rules? I will probably not reply you again |
