Great idea. The only BUT here is the plan to buy a tokunbo car and give to someone else... that will spell doom to the car if not driven by you, don't invest in it.

Look through the threads you will find one guy who did same thing too - barbershop and ps3 gaming. I trust you will learn from his setup experience.

Hello..good to know you really think of investment....The one I know and I do is haulage with bus/van....I have managed this business before with 2 vans before the owner died and the family had to get back all his properties...I can manage this business for you with good profitability..We can agree on how much you will be getting on a weekly basis or monthly as depends by you.. Some people will say you should not invest in it but think of others that have been successful in it.....

once we get the bus there are specific places in lags that we can setup a little office and we can begin to help people transport their goods to their destination....lot of business people come to lagos to purchase their goods and resell at their locations..
markets like Idumota market, iddo, and other market
most people from outside lagos come to this markets to purchase...so if you have a space van it will be good for this kind of business and there is no how in a week the bus won't travel at least twice and making about 60k on the average after other expenses.

its is such a good business once it is managed well...that I can handle.

Ur 2nd idea is profitable but only if you drive it your self!!

It is not about you driving it yourself....lot of people think this way...look at successful companies in this sector and see what they did well that got them successful...The likes of agofure, GIG, ifesinachi just to mention a few are doing well without the founder driving it themselves....structuring a business well drives it to success and not doing business in the layman way

My plan for is to open up a barbing saloon and PS3 gaming included inside the Saloon, I will hire a profesional barber to cut hairs while I handle the PS3 biz myself.

After that has been established I will now use the other cash to buy a tokumba car to be used for taxi business. I will give the ride to someone trustworthy and have him balance me on weekly basis.

Please what do you guys think? Is my decision a wise one?

The only advise i will give you is the advice RICH DAD gave which is if you have big money to invest DONT TELL ANYONE YOU HAVE SUCH MONEY.
If you do you will see a lot of people asking you to turn your money over to them. BEWARE
