@ Dammylizzy, juswise, girlfio and others
We have taken from your advice to take a break from going Upper Tribunal, the first Tier didn't permit to UT.
Please dammylizzy I want your guidance, regarding to what else we could do to make our case stronger, although we're going to have a child together. But due to your own experiences on Paragraph 320(11). We are looking to make afresh application now. Please i need your thorough advice.
I know you finally granted at the end.
Thank you all, for your support.

On paragraph 320(11), the decision is at the discretion of the ECO. My advise is to address every single issue raised under this paragraph by explaining what happened, how, when and where if possible. You see, they have a good knowledge of people's acts in the past so saying it all is giving yourself a good chance of being granted the visa.

I hope this helps.

@girlfio,my wife made another eea family permit yesterday, and I added a cover letter stating where the rules don't permit for my wife to be financially dependent on me,and all relevant documents. On getting to where she was to submit, she was called in for an interview, here goes the questions she was asked
1 her name
2 date of birth
3 nationality
4 how's she's related to me
5 when last she saw me
6 my occupation
7 my house address
8 how long we have being married
9 how often do we keep in touch
10 who supports my wife financially
All the questions asked from my wife, was already asked in the form she filled.

I guess they just wanted to see if the answers in the form are true, cause if you lied about anything in the form, your wife won't answer them correctly.

Thanks.

What surname do you have in your present application?
Only 1 passport number is required, not unless you have something to prove on your old passport.

Hello house, Sheffield received my passport on Thursday last week and if it wasn't for Christmas this Thursday, I will reckon my passport will be back in Lagos this week Thursday, what I don't know is if I should go on Monday or I should make it Tuesday before I go there. I also made my initial application at the Ikeja office last year, so I am not sure where to go and pick it up now, if it is the new Ikeja office or the VI office. Someone please tell me something.

I'd advise that you go down there on Tuesday, with all these bank holidays it's likely that there will be some delay. I would think that you should go to the Ikeja office. Iley mentioned that the office is not in billing way anymore. They are now in etiebet's place, mobolaji bank, Anthony way.

Please anyone in the house. if you know a suitable "anti-malaria tablet" for a woman trying for a baby? I have been research, but I couldn't found any pleasant information regarding to this. Because my wife is coming very soon.

That's what DOCTORS are for!
To prescribe the correct medicines.
Not something you have looked up yourself or asked strangers on a website.

Yes, my student visa is in my old passport with my surname, while my new passport has nothing except for my husband's name which I just change to.

Had to read history to refresh my old memory. Based on the assumption that you want to apply for a settlement visa, your current passport is the valid passport.
In the special notes section of the form, you can put your historical information.

Apart from explaining the whole issues raised on Paragraph 320(11) as a statement. What is the other compassionate circumstance that made your case successful e.g. Did you get the child involved with your genuine and subsisting relationship?
Thank you.
