There is this lady acquaintance who was in dire need of an android phone cause her present phone was below per and was given her some serious issues.

The bf who she said was very thoughtful and very loving, presented her with a gift on her 25th birthday. She opened the wrap and behold a brand new android phone stared dead into her eyes.

She was elated, gave the guy a hug and was only too happy to flaunt this phone to her friends, telling all who cared to listen that this dude would most likely be the guy she would end up marrying.

8th months after the surprised gift, she got another shocker from the guy. Dude came unannounced and told her it was over between them. She was distraught and couldn't understand the guys reasons.

The lady summoned enough courage, went to the guy to get an explanation. The guy has been so sweet, so why the sudden change? She just needed some bit of explanation to make sense of this whole ish and bring sanity once more into her life.

The dude looked her in the eyes,... seeing her sad brought aches to his heart. He was so moved that tears rolled down his cheeks. He couldn't bear to see his one time heartbeat cry and plead for answers.

After regaining his composure, he stood up, went to retrieve his phone and played a recorded message for her. As soon as she heard the familiar voice, her sorrow turned to shame.

The gift the guy gave the lady 8 months ago had a phone-spy software uploaded in it. The guy had access to all incoming and outgoing calls made through her phone and also all her SMS'.

Happened that this lady had been cheating on this guy all the while. Though he suspected but couldn't prove it before now.

The guy has his proof and today they are no longer together. The dude was actually serious enough to marry her but it wasn't meant to be cause of her greed and lust.

I would argue that what the guy did was wrong but again doesn't the end justify the means?

What he did wasn't wrong... He caught her red handed, or yellow handed... If you check well, that girl had the money to buy a phone, but she will never use her money to buy it, it must come from her guy... Some women eh

Wrong bawo? What he did was not ethical and the guy could be sued in some countries, but the end justified the means. It does not matter the manner with which he obtained his proof.
