You can first clean with tissue/toilet paper then wash up thoroughly with water. Never tissue alone. Na oyibo format wey no dey work.

using tissue is bloodily irritating. As irritating as it sounds. Next tym you take a dump. Uuse tissue to clean Urr anus. Wen ur sure it's clean. Use d white tissue to clean ur aanus nd no matter aw much u use it. D tissue will still be stained. I can't walk around with pieces of poo in ma ass
