I took a train ride from KD to Ibadan.......it was a good experience...beautiful train, excellent service, cheap and affordable as well......................that said, Resurrecting railway transport is not enough for get my vote. Do something about security, electricity, employment, corruption ( abi na stealing ), the economy 1st. This is about the 4th or so thread am seeing abt these trains. Is that all he can do? Jonathanians have been shouting about this train as if it is one new technological wonder. Can you take the train to your village? You still have to negotiate those death traps called roads.

I have actually seen what hate can do to a man. Who are those saying that GEJ has no achievement to show for his years in office? Hate makes a man not to see anything good on the person hated no matter how the person tries or what he does. Seeing these pictures brings back to my memory the good old days when my siblings and I used to ride on train from Aba to Afikpo Road and from Aba To Enugu.

Not quite Sir. Only short service trams and underground intracity subway trains are likely to have plastic seats; Not sure it's ideal to use trains with plastic seats for long hour journeys. First Rail, East Coast, Virgin Pendolino and London Midland service trains in the North/East and West Midlands UK all have very cozy cushion seats. I wouldn't want to go on a long distance travel sitting on a bare plastic chair/seat; that would be very uncomfortable Sir.

La time I used a train was about 2005 in in Zaria, then, I jump in to go to school but it suddenly went into extinction without announcement

When I went to mol terminal apapa they were working on train tracks I will open a tread with pics on that when am ready. As for those complaining about locomotive train, did you have train before? Food for thought. Sometimes you need to take your "fanboism" off your smirks and smell the friggin coffee. Am out
