Tea spoon Olive oil, frozen shrimps , black pepper, salt, persley ( I forgot to add it ), garlic, drops of liquid seasoning.

That's it I guess.

Been long I made lasagna. Time consuming. Might try it this weekend.
Always end up with plenty messy pots .
Pot for the cream and cheese sauce
Pot for the pasta
Pot for the Tomate and minced meat sauce.

Pan for the lasagna.
No crayfish?

I could have sworn you had some in there hence the brown colour...my bad. smiley smiley

Lol @ your different pans for Lasagna! cheesy

No Cray fish. The shrimp itself is Cray fish .

I guess the brown color was as a result of the black pepper and other spices

How did you get this soft looking moi moi. Mine always comes out strong and dry.
embarassed embarassed
The measure of water you put will determine if it'll be strong. Also, I've noticed that when I use groundnut oil, I get softer moimoi as opposed to when I use palm oil.

Just make sure the consistency is not too thick, basically that's all. smiley smiley

Thankfully, I've found a way around using oil for mine. Although, I did use to struggle with getting it look really nice and pink but I know the secret now. cheesy

Roland17 and Efemenaxy .
From my own comprehension, the line that tick off from Roland post is when he said he hates lazy people . Not only did he stop there, he then added esp women.
That comment is questionable.
But since he said he didn't mean it that way, let's forgive him. We the association of micro wave women go sit meeting for him head grin
Make una no hold meeting on top my matter abeg oo..Thanks anyways.. No hard feelings..

My dear, it's simplicity. That's the trick.

Just the ground (already husked) beans, a little pepper, onions, salt and Maggi. I stopped using Palm Oil / groundnut oil and replaced them with this pepper below..but without the seeds o!

Not sure what it's even called.

Yea, that's the pepper I'm calling 'tatashe'... I removed the seed too... I added just 4 large balls cos it was my first time and I didn't want to over do it.... you mean you make moimoi without oil?? i'll tru that out and see how it goes.

Four??!! shocked shocked

I only used half of one o! Yep it's healthier without the oil. It also make your moi-moi look "firmer" if you get what I mean... smiley

Yes, 4. E plenty? embarassed
It was not 'hot' o! Just had this peppery aroma, but wasn't so. I then blended the rest with tomatoes to make stew. Thanks for the 'no oil' tip.

Bad fish , and yes only psychotic Rico did not eat out of the fish , but was later rewarded when they all got better , can you imagine if Rico went nuts like the rest ? Would have been serious chaos

Thanks

There was this moi moi I made. After icooking, it turned out to be stone shocked

I just cut the thing small small , and poured into the jellof rice I was cooking.

Funny enough I dumped the whole food. It was a mess.

How do you get the white soft puree I see on top of moi moi cooked with plates?

I would correct myself here cos I know the "H" is silent during pronunciation, thus "onest", other examples include House, hour..

You must realize that while typing, we skip tons and bother not to proof read, I bet you, I would find errors with your sentence construction, spelling and use of vocabulary in the past, it might necessarily have nothing to do with your knowledge or command over spoken and written English, but because certain mistakes are inevitable as certain factors are contributory.

Take for example, one of your recent post:
cybug:

If I was to analyze your post critically, your use of punctuations is horrendous to put kindly, letter capitalizations are also wrong and whatever happened to the use of paragraphs? also, the word is Good Morning and not Goodmorning, they are two separate words (Good and Morning) considered Interjections..the errors are numerous but i limited my critic to your first sentence..but hey we all make mistakes..

Sometimes, all people want to do is to express themselves.

Thanks though, I guess you have raised my level of consciousness and that also helps..

Hahahha..okay let me xplain something to U, I don't take note of Punctuation..y? Because this is a chat-like thing and not Formal. But 1s I spot someone whose using english to write. Then it has to be english....no? Lwkm
Again, my writing mode is just informal. Need I say if I want to go Full ON english Mode...I'll do just that...and Observe the Necessaries. Same goes with some spellings/words I write. I tweak them personally to get an informal feel.
Which explains y I don't come for ppus punctuations, paragraphs..e.t.c
Final Blow...lool if I see a typo error, I'd Know, I dnt even bother myself tryin to say 'hey' this shud have been this. 1s it's a grammartical Error..I'd also know. Case in point.. When u wrote 'based off'...that clearly was a G error and not a typo error..e.t.c
Another one is the lady up there who wrote 'funny enough'..there is just no way she wud hinge that on her TABlet, auto correct, e.t.c that was a clear G error
What most persons do is, they blame autocorrect for dia shii..which is actually silly
