@ all GEJ supporters, you are all a pack of mindless, cretins, following a corrupt, mentally deficient slowpoke* who is best suited as a meat seller in the market. That dull retardeen will NEVER WIN in February,in case you missed it let me repeat it again GEJ WILL NEVER WIN NEXT MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GEJ is done!!! is Buhari the best candidate? No, but is GEJ preferable? NO!... DON'T BELIEVE ME CARRY OUT A POPULATION POLL, the citizens are tired of GEJ and his numerous empty promises, and panels he keeps setting up!!!! GEJ and his few followers can deceive themselves all they want but the handwriting is on the wall, No Nigerian wants GEJ in power anymore!! Those in ASO rock giving him hope are only doing so because they are on his pay roll!!! inside they all know the truth that GEJ is done!!! so while we would have all hoped for a younger, more liberal candidate than Buhari, yet rather than vote GEJ in again, most Nigerians would rather return to military rule or even vote in Abacha again. Even rigging the elections wont help this time around, because the margin would be just to wide to cover up So come February Buhari will have his turn to see if he can turn things around |

millionaireman:/ They rejected Awolowo at 74 and Azikiwe at 75 to move forward? And here we are today. We moved backwards. What an elder sees sitting down, a child cannot see it standing up. Only a fool does the same thing over and over and expect a different result. \ |

Buhari attended the best school in World with Collins Powell as for example his classmates, while GEJ is walking away with no shoes on his feet. look at Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe is doing well, therefore, forget man! I believe you are egocentric by nature, if not, what's wrong with this man (GMB) who held many bankable position to enrich himself but refused. Haba man!!? cool down now. GMB 4 change.... ] |

zubby29:You will surprised as to what Northern Nigeria elders back then could do just to ensure superiority of their region. Leaders like Tafawa Balewa and Ahmadu Bello, atleast I am sure of these two, I have videos of them, and the words that came out of their mouth are not words leaders who regard every Nigerian as equal will say. Why else is it so hard for GMB to tender his school Cert to INEC ?. I am not partisan, I won't even vote because none of the candidates impress me. I don't prefer any between GMB and GEJ..to me they are both power hungry mediocres who know nothing about nation building and development. They are after their own selfish interest which is why one can spend billions on campaign while the other can even borrow money just to get into office. We have better hands in people of Fashola and Godswill Akpabio but we will never get such people because this is Nigeria and the gullible is always made leader!!!... |

adaybayor:Don't be a pathetic nairalander. What does it cost you to pick your phone or laptop and google Dele Momodu's political profile? For your information, Dele Momodu contested against President Jonathan in 2011 under National Conscience Party (NCP), the same party that once had late Gani Fawehinmi as a presidential flag bearer. I watched some of his campaigns where he disparaged Jonathan's presidency in an attempt to covet Nigerians' votes. Hope you now know better? I don't comment on issues on nairaland without substance and facts. Cheers. Yours truly, OLADD. |

Flets:What is this? I swear GEJ and his flock of supporters have no message for us. If they did not get this certificate issue, they will not have anything else tell us. Tell us what else you have for us that you have not yet done or implemented already and stop whinny about this certificate. I thought your party asked us to do issues base campaigns. |

ommo:There is no bigger issue to campaign about. That a man who is not qualified by the terms of the constitution is vying for the highest office in the land...... That is the real issue based campaign. |

Flets:What makes him unqualified? Which part of the constitution makes him unqualified? and base on what is he not qualified? Don't you think, if his not qualified, the system will not allow him the contest? How did he contest for the HIGHEST office all these while if his not qualified? In answering these questions objectively, you will come to reason with me that, these are all political gimmick? Thank you. |
| Re: Dele Momodu Defends Buhari's Age On Twitter by Flets: 2:44pm On Jan 07, 2015 |
ommo:I will answer objectively and prove you wrong The constitution is clear that anyone vying for the position of the president must have a school cert or its equivalent. You need to be clear on what equivalent is. A one year military training is not an equivalent of a six year secondary education. Again the condition of entry to Nigeria army is school cert and that has not changed till date. At a minimum, Buhari should have that to join the Nigerian Army. From the foregoing... Buhari should have at least school cert. Unfortunately the quota system favoured a lot of fulani entries into the army without adequate certification. Buhari has not shown any certificate to INEC, he swore an affidavit when he could simply request for a replacement from the certifying bodies if his got missing. Until late, Lai Mohd has come to tell us that his certificates were missing while Buhari told us it was with the army board. ..... Its clear to the blind from events so far that something is amiss The fact that Buhari got away without a certificate in 2003, 2007 and 2011 does not make it any less evil and renders him unqualified. Buhari has no Bsc or Msc. NDA is not an equivalent of school cert rather school cert is a pre-requisite to NDA. Infact all the factors around Buhari makes school cert inevitable. So the question the world is asking is where is it?. PDP is quiet on the subject cos it matters less to them now. If by a Miracle Buhari wins at the polls, the court will easily nullify his candidacy. PDP will revisit the issue only when it matters. Note: I didnt call you names, I responded objectively. I expect that you follow suit. .... Thanks. |

Flets:My guy i understand all what you tried to expatiate above. I believe INEC is the body in charge of verifying and certifying if a candidate is fit the contest for a particular position in an election or not. Constitutionally, they have been given that mandate, right, why don't we allow them to carryout this purpose for which it was setup. The other parties should rather concentrate on how sell their manifestos and by so doing give us reasons why their the best choice for Nigerians. If at the end of the day, INEC has no problem with his candidature and he contest and probably win like you stated above, the other party can then go to court and contest his validity if they so will. Or better still go to court now and contest his validity of his candidature for the said post. I do not INSULT or call names my guy. Thank you |
