I got our baby things from Lagos (oshodi 2 be precise) by bringing it to abj whr we stay no easy.
As per baby things... BaBy Drawer, Bed, Pampers(Huggies or any affordable one), Clothes, Towel, Toys, shawl, olive oil, metholated spirit, Nightygale towel, baby bag, baby carrier, cloth drainer, detergent, Jik, bathing baff, Dettoil, Baby Basket, Baby wiper etc..the list is much but you can buy them gradually...
