OMG!!! #MyWorstNightmare This stuff scares the hell out of me. My mum is an expert in giving 'pump' to constipated kids. She is even consulted by relations, friends and neighbours. Conditions for receiving this in my home include but not limited to: - Not passing out stool for days and my mum notices. - Passing hard 'kernel' faeces and my mum notices - Releasing horrible farts and my mum notices. Preparation and Administration: - Warm water (initially boiled but now warm) - Add some squeezed scent leave (nchu anwu) to the warm water. - Get the already sterilised pump. - Suck in the solution (warm water and scent leave juice). - Apply vaseline (lubricant) on the pipe of the pump as well as the ana.l passage/muscle - Test the pump to be sure liquid flows - Part the nyash (butt cheeks) of the 'victim' and gently insert. - Press the pump until 90% of liquid is forced into the 'victim'. - Gently withdraw the pipe while holding together the ''victim's'' nyash and rubbing the belly repeatedly. - Release the 'victim' and make a run yourself to a safe location where the geyser of faeces will not drench you like a volcanic eruption. cococandy:It doesn't work that way. That little technology actually helped children that were having constipation and it does work perfectly . That piece of equipment was available to Nigerians in the early and late 80s, though I have no idea if they are still using it these days. |

Truckpusher:You can still buy enemas today but they are usually disposable. The one in the picture is not disposable. I am almost sure that not every person in the family had their own designated enema. Over using enemas could actual have serious consequences. It might seem like just putting fluids in the rectum to force out waste but it can have deadly consequences especially for little kids |
