I suggest you need more bed rest. avoid anything that will stress you. If pain persists go see ur doctor.

PROUDMUM
U can even do the sterilizing urself. I wanted to buy in my first baby but because of the cost, my mum taught me how to do the sterilizing myself which is very ok and safe. All you do is wash them, boil water, pour in a plastic container that has cover, add small salt to it then put the feeding bottles including the teat then cover air tight. It is recommended u have a plastic spoon u can use to remove from the water anytime u need any of the parts.

Folic acid only(from doctors prescription) is what u need in ur first three months. So many doctors are against pregnacare.

JUMAYIN
Avoid anything that will stress you including things that can shake ur body or trow u up and down. You do not need exercise now. No jumping bikes except your road is very very good and the okada man is very good. Avoid kpekusing(sex) for now though very few occasions is allowed. some doctors will tell u it doesnt matter but I tell you 70% of the people that constantly engaged in sex in the first trimester had miscarriage. Take folic acid(1 tablet) only on daily basis.

Have delivered, my post partum bleeding stopped b4 my baby was 41days, I have 3 children. My 1st baby was 6months when I started seeing my menses & my 2nd 8months, I don't know y dis one is like dis. Although have not seen any blood yet, but am seeing a brownish discharge & am also feeling menstrual pain but is on & off. What may be d cause? And also my baby is still on breast milk only for now.....

My dear it happened to me. My doc recomended gestid when it got o bad. How many bottles u wan take ke? I just learnt to cope with it juo. Try and do same. Its part of d journey.

The waist pain is possibly ligament pain or ur uterus stretching if u r sure u don't hv fibroid cos it cld b a cause too. Pls increase ur fluid intake, sit wit a straight back and ensure u sleep on a firm surface, nt a sagging one. All the best sis, my love to proud dad

Thanks a million sis.there was no test done,i only complain 2 him dat I'm having yellow discharge n he prescribed it 4me.There's no itching or smelling...As per d waist pain,it has reduced n i dnt ve fibroid too...Prouddad sent his regards. Ese pupo pupo.
