I just don't understand this konga ppl I ordered my and wen I recived and use it only two days the phone went blind I have call there customers care and the sad I should give them 24hours to reply but I did not hear from them I called back again the sad should give them 48hours now 48hours have pass no call from them pls guys advise me what next to do...

Morning guys, please do we have anybody that is using memory card of 8gig and above on this phone please? i asked due to the fact that i dont understand my phone, am using just 8gig on it, so it remains 3gig for it to full, meaning i have made use of 5gig, here is the issue, whenever i connect the phone to my laptop via usb, and i clicked on the memory card and try to navigate tru floders inside the memory card, its always slow and will refuse to respond and my laptop will hang( tried another laptop too but still the same) untill i disconnect the usb, am finding it hard to transfer files between the phone and my laptop with usb mode, can we say that the 8gig is too heavy for it or what??


secondly, am unable to scan the phone(either phone memory nor memory card) because when i connect the phone via usb, it will bring infinix hot, look at the screenshots below..NOTE the option i used in connecting the phone under usb option is media device(MTP)

please someone should answer this two questions,thanks

Well the first part should be a problem with your memory card... Try getting an original class 10 memory card....

And for the MTP, that's how it is on KitKat, since the release of KitKat devices are no longer able to connect to PC via mass storage mode..... So just click on your device as you see it there in your PC and you'll be able to access your internal memory and external SD card.... It's not as fast as mass storage mode but it gets the job done

If we can't connect via mass storage mode then it means we can't scan it with the anti-virus on the pc, how do we scan it then, supposing the memory card has virus?? Secondly please how can i identify class 10 memory card, maybe i should change this one.... Please how do i identify class 10 own, thanks
