pls though the curriculum of ispon is not cool ie not satisfied with their training but currently there is a politics going on in Safety in Nigeria, if you don't have ISPON INSTITUTE OF SAFETY PROFESSIONAL OF Nigeria.it will be difficult for you to get Hse role except you go for advance safety like Nebosh igc, so i will tell you the truth it is not worth it,for now anything outside ispon it will be difficult, so please go for Nisp or Ispon the system has been politicized. So don't waste your money just go for Ispon Hse general and level 3.

if not IPS, i also suggest you try out the Center of Excellence in Geosciences in University of Benin, they have a wonderful program for geologist and geophysicists..

I suggest we also tell them the requirements.

For CPG wihich is branch of IPS
You need to write and pass an aptitute test and apart from that you also need to have a strong 2nd class upper GP to be considered for admission.
In addition to that, you should keep more than 1.6million naira on ground for your studies because the program is very expensive.

For Center of excellence Benin
I dont know much about this, but you must have a GP of atleast 4.0 (scale of 5) to be qualified to apply.

So as you can see, Its not easy.
Though not discouraging anyperson shaa.
Just for you to have a glimpse of what it looks like.

time...time...time is all u need bro, u have to be very time conscious, don't fret, make sure d few questions u can answer r on point & accurate....d maths is usually 20 questions in 20 min....dats like i minute to a question....d English is 32 questions for 30 minutes.....dats for Total e&p...i dunno which coy invited u for d test...but u can practice with d Total e&p standards....try to find out of its only maths & English u are meant to take for d test...or u have to take d spatial or logical aspect as well......

then dust ur books on the feild of d job applied for cos they gonna throw direct application questions which usually requires some real good knowledge from a vast reader or experience on d job.......hope this helps.

I appreciate this piece because it definitely helped. to answer your question its total msc scholarship aptitude test. I learnt the past ones have being numerical and verbal reasoning. I get anxious when I take such test and it affects my performance so overcoming this anxiety is my challenge

they will won't increase your chance but it will make you to have knowledge about your your areas in geophysics and give you confidence when being interview at least you can prove to employer that you know your way around geophysics. The truth is you still go through normal process like writing aptitude test and all that... Which school are you doing Msc
