1. You are picking up from my Lagos office

2. If you will be contacting Krixmax or KBM to pick up from Lagos office on your behalf.

I suggest u get ur phone number you registered with functioning and try remember all your registered details also load your credit really well like 1k then put a call tru to them like 6-8pm or 2am to 3am. they should lift it if all those are correct when they ask from you
