By kiss and tell, I mean If you "kiss and tell" it means that you shamefully reveal private details about your personal liaisons with anyone you know. You tell everyone all the nitty, gritty details (even though they probably don't want to know).

It can mean one or two things: One, Kissing someone then telling your friends. Or two, Could be having sex with someone then telling all your friends.
