Good morning forum

I lost some of my phone apps and when I try to download again from Play store, the response I get after successful download is:

Unknown error code during application install: "-24"

Can any of the gurus here help out. The phone having this issue is Techno M7 (android). I use CM Security antivirus on it. Tanx in advance.

Not a problem. what version of playstore are you using? fault is from /data

this is what is called a "confused installer" error

It happens only to the lost application only. If I download new application, it installs successfully. I even downloaded two dis afternoon.

May I add dat I had d same issue in December. Lost d same Vault, Whatsapp, Opera Mini, etc. Dat December, it started with d phone taking time (up to 7mins) to boot. Den after about two weeks, I lost d applications after it finished booting.

Dat December, I was advised to flash it which I did and den successfully installed the lost applications. This time around I lost only few applications, no booting problem prior to dat.

I also noticed b4 d December issue dat my Assistant has become empty, even after d flashing. If I open it, I get this message:

Please put APKs in Assistant folder.

assistant error is an sd card thing. Down to fixing. is the phone rooted?
