Made the above comment earlier on another thread. With the court strikes over at Federal level, It's very obvious this will happen though this lawyer was very fast. More lawyers (Partisan & Non partisan) will likely file suits on this same issue because of its grave implications if allowed to slide. It's a landmark case and lawyers love limelights.

From what I read online you don't really need SSCE to contest for president, remember that provision of the law have lots of subsections; either you have this or that or the other one, you can even qualify with 10 years of public service, am not saying the provision is ideal but hey, its the law. The constitution was drafted in PDP regime anyways

He has told 3 lies on the issue so far. 1) he claimed a certifocate he doesnt have 2) Said the army council had it which they denied, 3) produced a forged copy.
