@mrsshen, promise to give detailed breakdown as soon as madam is strong enough, but as of now no hidden charges from what they have on their website

paid OBGN-$2,500
Hospital ---$2700
reg fee ---$150

However we made use of pediatrician which am still expecting but no matter how it cant total more than $6500 bearing no surprises...

Have you decided on which state you want to give birth... i live in Missouri, there is a hospital in Lee summit that has a very cheap package and a Nigerian family subllets their house for short stay. So if you need more information on this you can pm me. GOD Bless. quote author=peaceful22 post=30144399]Lovely moms who's EDD is by September/October 2015 and would give birth in US? Will like us to plan together and make good decisions on hospital to use, accommodation, airline etc. As they say 2 or 3 heads are better than 1. We can even decide to share accommodation cost ie is u don't have family to stay with. Thank you.[/quote]

Tanx to you all for your help. I arrived Dallas yesterday evening via BA and POE was so smooth. The only question asked was purpose of visit and how much I had with me and that was all. Stamped me in for 6 months. Am presently in Wichita with my brother. Will check around for an affordable hospital and if I don't find I will proceed to Houston. Thanks everyone.

Hello Every one..Congrats to the newmums...you can never imagine the joy and happiness awaiting you. i put to bed 8months ago and she keeps amazing me everyday. I had my visa revoked (am sure some of you might be familiar with my story)..anyways, visa was revoked cos i declared i was preggy after i was issued a visa. meanwhile durinfg the interview, the VO asked me if i was preggy, i said no. long story short, visa was revoked.

It's been close to a year now and i want to apply again for visit and also attend a training..I am worried that they might reject. Any advice will help and will be appreciated.

Well you can not travel two weeks or three weeks after delivery, you are only allowed to travel after 2months minimum. Also in Idaho state you can delivery with $4,000 if it's natural birth and no epidoral, anyway I wish you luck.

I travelled with my baby when he was 3 weeks old. Thatz recently and my baby is now 6 weeks old

Lollydee,

I am doing north side- estimate for vaginal delivery if you pay upfront is 3550. Check the Lifecycle Doctors and which hospitals they are affiliated to. Once you chose your doctor, you can then check the hospitals they are affiliated to...or chose your hospital and find an affiliated doctor. Either way...lol!

Depends on the state. In Arizona, BC is usually ready within 1-2 working days.

No set time. I applied when I was 22weeks gone. Leave enough time to reapply, just in case. . .

I know someone that actually travelled back to Naija after one week of having her baby.
