He met Her , Got talking , became friends , developed feelings for her but Then , He never asked her out. As a guy , I've been in this situation a couple of times. I've been crazy in love over few ladies but never tried asking them out. Based on My experience , Here are some reasons why a Guy might never ask a lady out. He is waiting for The "Green Light": He is waiting for her to give him the go ahead. He has serious interest in her but isn't sure if she feels the same way. The girl might actually have hidden feelings for him , but she needs to show it. If he doesn't get the "Green light" then he may never ask her out. He Is Scared Of Her Reaction : She didn't Give him the "Green Light" but he still wants to try his luck. However , he is scared of how she will react. "What will She think of me?" "What if she doesn't like me?" , "Will we still be friends"  ---------Those are the kind of thoughts that gets to his mind. They have a perfect friendship and he isn't ready to risk losing it by asking her out ; Not when he's unsure of her feelings for him.She Keeps A Lot Of Male Friends He likes her but thinks she's a Flirt. She's a very Pretty lady With lots of male friends. She might not really be a flirt , but the fact that she keeps a lot of male friends is a turn off. He Has Low-Self Esteem Sometimes it could be that He has a low self esteem. She's A Young Rich Pretty Lady , Her Father is a Popular Oil Mogul , Her Ex Boyfriend is the Manager of a Top Bank , and He is just a Teacher in a small School . There is a huge gap between them. @ a friend's siggy..."Never let the fear of striking out stop you from playing the game". If you love somebody, then make your intentions know. I really do not like assumptions in matters like this. She may just be waiting for you to take the bold step as well, not showing greenlight may be fear of considered cheap too. Even if she declines your request, you are still yourself.
