See this one. All human beings walk around with about 10 or more recessive alleles for something. You just haven't run into the wrong match yet, that why your children are still coming out looking like normal human beings. Was there inbreeding in your family history because you have a recessive gene?

we r talking about albinism which is genetics and u started talking about malaria and now about aids which has NOTHINGS to do with DNA ! what this topic has to do with immune system we r talking about inbreeding and albinism association which is btw is highest in cases in sub-saharan africa, where people lived in tribes, often isolated from each other and i hope u know what that means.

even if both me and my partner have albinism gene which is recessive, it doesn't mean that my kid will have albinism as a person, who have read some stuff there and here and trying to explain "a medical knowledge" to me - i don't have time for that.

i re-read and re-read this post again and again and i have no logical explanation why u started talking about totally irrelevant topic (malaria (parasite), aids (virus)-as well totally irrelevant with each other) when we r talking about that albinism is caused by inbreeding in tribes and has highest ratio in africa especially in tanzania ?

if the truth is what your ppl say in your village, than u r right. But if the truth is what ppl say in universities, from studies which were conducted in scientific way, than u just lost. btw no one is stigmatising albinos more than u, black people. treating them like animals, cutting off the limbs, isolating. haven't seen such thing done in white race!

Are you an albino or Caucasian? The latter won't surprise me, since you guys are notorious for presenting misleading information as fact. You come here to tell lies that the cause of albinism is in.cest. That is not true. In.cest is merely a sensationalized possibility.

The cause of albinism is the presence of two autosomal copies of the alleles that code for albinism. These copies can come from complete strangers. In fact, if a father and daughter have two healthy copies of these genes, they can never produce albino children. The children may come out with other problems, but albinism won't be one of them.

I understand that you're trying to sensationalize the conversation. You probably even intended to be funny. But I'm amazed that you're standing your ground, saying that someone in the person's generation must have committed in.cest. That is misleading information. Nobody knows when the mutation in the normal gene occurred.
