wao.... i just read favoured b story and then Zeezahbee response. the truth is after Zeezahbee sent that comment, i knew she misunderstood...and then favoured b still went to explain what she meant.....This whole story would have just ended by Zeezahbee saying "Sorry, i thought you were refering to the people on the forum". "Am sorry doesn't change our personality, but give us more respect rather" Zeezahbee, you owe that lady an apology. Even Tvegas, do apologise when he was regular on this forum.
lizcom, i misqouted what she said and didnt you see where i said SORRY, I LOVE YOU AND YOUR BABY and some people came after me and insulted me as if we got beef before and i wont reply such insults.this is a faceless thread. i have let the matter slide because i dont want to long things. thanks for checking up. once again sorry favourbabe grin.

Am a peaceful being. i dont need a USA visa and i am only here to contribute and i also got friends/FAMILY that might need information and i have learned a lot here.

Hi, do you know whether they can sell to walk in customer, seems is cheaper than that of my bank.

Hello house, if you are travelling by april/may kindly purchase your dollar on or before march ending because there will be Muslim pilgrimage to Umrrah in april lasting for 30days.

Dollars will be more scarce, also some airlines like Emirates, Qatar, Ethiad etc will be very expensive.

My 2cents......

Hi. A word of caution for those who plan to use Delaware County Memorial Hospital (DCMH): Expect more bills after paying the full maternity package. My wife delivered there after we had paid the so called self-pay maternity package of $7500 (6000 for delivery, 1500 fro antenatal care). After delivery we received a bill of around $3000 or so for anaesthesia. Then another bill for paediatrician. Today again, another one called physician bill. I don't know when the bills will stop coming: am I to expect nursing bill? JOHESU bill? Etc. I seriously regret using them now. Just for those who do not know. The funniest thing was that their financial person told me that after I had paid the full maternity package, all I needed to pay more is anaesthesia fee, which would just be a couple of a hundred dollars, but she was wrong. At any rate, it was her word against mine

you or hubby needs to have account with the bank before you can purchase PTA. so if you do, just walk into any branch of the bank and tell them you want to buy PTA.they will tell you the rate for the day and process it. You have maximum of 4000USD per quarter. They will also tell you the document required.

Well, my wifey travelled with our 2 year old son, tho her POE was Atlanta, none of the CBP officals asked about who'd take care of him.

Their major concern is your financial capacity to pay d med. Bills.

She can always explain dat you'll come in later.

@ Flgd, Jst ur passport wit ur visa page on it and ur ticket. Thats al d doc u need to buy PTA, they would make copies at the branch n ask u to fill a form. U cn purchase from ur spouse's acct if u dnt v acct wit them, in my case, they requested for hubby to issue them a cheque. Another thing, CBN would be selling dolla tomoa so the rate may reduce slightly. Apologies for the late response.

I dont see any problem whatsoever. A lot of people have traveled with their children on this thread without any wahala. They might ask her at poe why you are not with her,she should just tell them that you would be joining them later before baby arrives.

A couple of people on this thread have had problems with exagarated hospital bills and at the end it was resolved. I think you should go in and have a word with them ,make them understand that there is no money again o,if need be contact the oga patapata, also read through the thread and see how others resolved their issue and if possible contact people that have had similar issues for help on how it was resolved. From what you have written your bill would have climbed to 11k by now o,and its only God that knows how much it will come to at the end of the day. Wish you all the best in trying to resolve this.

Problem is most hospitals only quote for hospital bills and physician bill comes separately, labs separately and ultrasound separately
So u need to have it stated in your package that it's all inclusive or record d conversation

Hi Alemo

Something must be wrong somewhere. Is the maternity package not inclusive of Hospital and physician bills? Maybe they re passing you someone else's bills. You need to check with them to be sure and ask what their maternity package covers. Cos if u keep paying bills like that, there will be no money to buy gifts for us on this thread o and process baby docs.

I dont think any bank will sell to non-account holders. However, confirm what they mean by they have stopped. it could be that they were only out of dollar when you went there. The banks have a quota of how much they want sell per day. The officer you met might not have communicated the information correctly.
