Hello, Honestly I took my girlfriend to Tarkwa Bay Beach in Lagos, and at CMS Bus Stop, she saw four guys with APC Thumb printed Ballot Papers. Those guys hired a boat to Badagiri. For investigation, the boat man charged then N50,000.00 That was really a huge sum and they agreed. I personally didn't see any thumb printed Ballot paper but I know they are carrying lots of bags and some filled with papers. My girlfriend was telling that she saw the papers that they are ballot papers and they were all thumb printed for APC. I doubted it because there was no election going on yet so it can't be possible. We argued it till she was pissed and didn't talk to me for hours. Seeing this video is now making to believe my doubts and doubt my belief.

2. Why would they allow themselves to be caught on camera with their faces. It's obvious they are aware they are being caught on camera and don't care. Cause the camera man is moving close to them back and forth.
