Its getting hot in here. undecided

The only thing I am waiting for is INEC's response to these allegations. Remember: there are always two sides to a story.

Some of the comments in the write-up by Messrs Clark and Co. were just a waste of reading time. But some of them were troubling enough to cast some doubt on INEC's impartiality as the umpire undecided. And yet once again, the write up casts grave doubts on INEC's readiness to conduct these elections next week.

As I said on another thread -INEC has to issue a statement within 24 hours stating whether or not it is ready for the elections. That is the immediate task requiring attention. And after that, the allegations by Mr. Clark and friends have to be addressed. (That is, the ones worth addressing).

dont support neither buhari nor gej
But sorry oo of a truth he is really jonadaf...

did he not think into the future (2015) wen he was putting Jega to head Inec at first?

All the things against this GeJ of a person re typical of people that lived an unplanned life.

Wat APC jst did was take advantages of the loop holes.

it takes a master planner to b in political power all over the world (esp. In third world where voting is just a mere exercise)

U dont pick someone from ur political enemies religion or region to become a judge in d case btw u and ur enemies.

Jega has been compromised! Hay fee cee stronghold state record an alarming 80-90% collection of pvc's while in the PDP strongholds the records are within 60-70% collection rate if not less. Who is deceiving who here? Hay fee cee must think the nigerian people are fools! Little wonder there are clamoring for the elections to hold whilst a lot of things have not been duely put in place. (Staff training, voting machines stations etc)
After all their fruitless propaganda and outright lies that made no impact whatsoever, they resolved to use the INEC to do their devilish bidding.
God knows without INEC recording a sufficient and satisfactory rate of nation wide distribution of pvc's, adequate training, ensuring the lives of the voters are secured, the election would not be held anytime soon.

Furthermore, the lives and security of the masses are at risk, knowing the violent and destructive nature of the hay fee cee goons, we need adequate security from all military/paramilitary formations of which they are currently engaged in the battle to rid the north eastern region of terrorist. Hence it makes a lot of sense to allow the military face one situation at a time. At the end of the day should JEGA go on with the election and this country burns would he be able to face the consequences of his decision??
The opposition needs to stop all this GEJ this and that, it's getting irritating! This is about the collective good of all and not just GEJ.
The opposition thought they are smart but then again as my sigy goes! "BABA GOD PASS THEM" kapish! cool

If because of a single person from S/S u intend all dis virus prone information n war treats against NIGERIA u are doomed to fail.

To further render ur own points meaningless, the same JEGA who conductedthe election brougt in GEJ is no longer trustworthy. Save lies to yourself and watch God decide the fate of dis great Nation Nigeria come Feb 14th.

Just a brief summary:

1. Jega has been meeting secretly with northern leaders and avowed enemies of GEJ re-election
2. Jega has agreed to play, but he wants the leaders to help him recruit more electoral commissioners who may help with plan
3. Jega has 2 sets of plans, one(the most favorable) for the north, and the o the for the south
4. Under this plan, Jega received 150 lap tops per state, used to enroll minors and kindergarten children as eligible voters
5. Note, Jega wants PVCs handed over to the emirs, chiefs, and community leaders in the north, while every southerners has to pass through the eye of a needle
6. Of course we know that Jega gave more than 20k new polling units to the north, and 8k to the whole south
7. Jega awarded contract to PVC to unknown people outside federal guidelines.

More to come
Good summary

These are grave allegations
They said they have the minutes of the meetings
hmmmm watching in 3D

You are not educated.
Buhari visited kano the other day and articulate northern business men who are members of 150year old business families received him and I was impressed by the quality of the people speaking. They are practically promising Nigeria $20bn in foreign exchange from export of textiles, gotten, Miller, sorghum and grounding. We also know that Borno and Adamawa states that the coward lazy president has left to burn and Chad to conquer used to be Nigeria's bread basket. The Mambila dam is going to provide 1/5 of Nigerians' s power. Unfortunately delayed by Dr Clueless (the world acclaimed inferior president). So the North is set for the greatest renaissance this country has known for a long time. Oil price will be $30 a barrel in May but we know Nigeria will be saved by a region where economic activity is defined by more than spare parts trading, second hand clothes and fake imported electronics.

I am ashamed with leaders like South South leaders E.K Clark. Rather than support and encourage Prof Jega . they are busy tarnishing his image n the pages of newspaper. I don't think there is any grand conspiracy to victimize GEJ. The reason there is low PVC collection in the south is because there is very low voters apathy in the south compare to the north. In fact, I predict that there will be more voters turn out in the south than in the north. Most people I know in the south, including me, don't even plan on voting. Whats the point going to vote for the same corrupt leaders who don't really care about the people.

Also, I don't see any reason why the north should not have more polling center because they have more LGA, States and population than the south. Prof. Jega is trying his best to conduct election in Nigeria and I think all Nigerians should support him.

@Bolded

That is the skewing that has been done in favor of the north to always win election and get more resources from central government.
Why would sparsely populated states in the north have more local governments than densely populated states in the south (East, west, South)

If you can see these game of numbers you, would see the political fraud perpetuated by the north ; starting from National Census, and Local government creation.

Why should a people think it is their Birthright, to always rule the nation WHY WHY WHY ?
The north would prefer a "dead dog" that is a muslim to rule the country than a southern christian to continue to rule Nigeria.

There is nothing Jonathan will ever do that will satisfy the Core North. As far as they are concerned , Jonathan is an Infidel that must be brought down at all cost.

It is a pity that they have sold to my people in the south the dummy called CHANGE, Just to get power back.

I pray that we do not regret out actions in the nearest future.

Sure.

1. The alleged release of PVCs to persons (traditional rulers, politicians etc.) other than the voters themselves.
2. The alleged meetings and correspondence with, and collection of equipment from the NEF. In these charged times, INEC cannot afford accusations of questionable association with partisan interest groups.
3. The alleged non-delivery of caravans and other hardware necessary for polls holding in a week's time.
4. The alleged lack of training of INEC staff for an election which holds in a weeks time.

Returning officers and others are yet to be trained. That is true

And they claimed they have the minutes of the supposed meetings. Those are very interesting developments.
