Yes they do. It's the Chinese CH-3 , reportedly carrying two laser-guided AR-1 air-to-ground missiles, similar to the U.S. Hellfire missile

I am sorry to say you have been conditioned to think that way. The satellites are mainly for Commerce/Agriculture/Weather/Surveys etc. and not pure military satellites.
