Pls i need an urgent advice. Ive never snore while sleeping before but nw i discover tbat my sleeping is filled with snoring, pls hw can i get rid of this i hate people snoring talk less me.
I personally hate snoring and although medically it's not big problem but you snore loudly and heavily and are tired during the day or
You stop breathing, gasp, or choke during sleep.
You fall asleep at inappropriate times, such as during a conversation or a meal, then that's when you need to see a doctor.

In the past, I have snored at one night or another but I figured out a way to stop. It could help you as well.
Reposition. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward. There are specially designed pillows available to help prevent snoring by making sure your neck muscles are not crimped. I got one here in the USA, I don't know if you could find it around you.
Avoid caffeine and heavy meals within two hours of going to bed, especially dairy products and soymilk.
Sleep on your side. Avoid sleeping on your back, as gravity makes it more likely for your tongue and soft tissues to drop and obstruct your airway.

How do you know you are immunosupressed ? Anyways there are some food you eat that have worked for people. Red grape fruit,broccoli/cauliflower,carrot,egg yolk( it's protenious and contains zinc and selenium), mushroom, kale( you can use it to make egusi soup), water melon, water melon and yogurt. You will be surprised how this works.

The pain on your left side chest could be due to stress, physical injuries, heartpain. Firstly adjust your lifestyle by eating healthier, cut smoking /alcohol if you do and exercise more. If the pain still persist, see a doctor ASAP grin

Hello Pharm,
I had a terrible backpain behind my breastbone and feeling of indigestion continously for one week. In fact I felt each time I took any meal as if it stayed in my chest. Anyway I visited the hospital and I was asked by the doctor to go and have a CT scan. The test result gave my kidney and liver a pass mark but showed evidence of PUD and inflamed gallbladder. I was treated for PUD with Gestid, omeprazole, flagyl and cyprotab. I was eventually relieved of the back pain and indigestion because I now go to toilet easily. My concern now is that I still experience a burning sensation from the stomach to throat and I feeling a lump behind my throat though painless. I have exhausted the drugs I was given in the hospital. Does it mean I have to continue using the drug? I had already met a General Surgeon who told me I should visit him after six months, if my backpain continues as I was concerned about the gallbladder issue. For now no serious backpain

For your itchy scald, try get a good shampoo and dry your hair often. You could also see your doctor who will probably give you a prescription ketoconazole if the scalp is itchy and shredding.
As for the keloid , depends on how large it is, your doctor could you to get surgical excision. Incases, 50-70%, keloid reappear but with mitomycin C , it could stop. See your doctor ASAP
