Minimum of 4 months statement of acct. Your uncle can sponsor but also add your own acct statement and job details to serve as evidence of home-ties. Cheers.

I already had a 2 years visiting and running us and canadian visa. I currently put on for student visa with all neccessary info on January 19th 2015. I work in a financial mortgage bank so I used my access accoint and salary account here but up till now I have not heard any info from the embassy on the success of my application
Am scared kind of because the money I put in the access account was moved same day of my application but my salary account is well funded up to 11m.

Does the embassy verify salary account ? If yes at what week. Am already on the 5th week of application.

So so scared.... but am hopeful with God.

Does anyone knows how to apply for student visa from Los Angeles office in us.
I have a current visiting canada visa 2years with my kids. So i applied for student visa haven not used the visiting visa before . The intension is that instead of going for visiting since its 2 years ,It will be better to study and I got my employer support.
I applied putting all neccessary documents. Only about 5 weeksI got a message that my processed passport has been dispatched to visa collection centre.
I was so dissapointed that I was refused. Uf ibdeed that message means refusal.If only I can appeal or querry the embassy.they have no reason to reject my application because if I wanted to run I would have done so with my visiting visa. So on what basis was the denial.
Am expecting my passport next week to know what went wrong .my financial was 11m when I applied . I just pray it's not refusal....and I did medical as well before they granted me the 2 years. Av paid 2600usd to centennial college.

I'm the mean time. I intend to use the visiting visa any time soon. Can I apply for student visa over there in canada . I can still use my us visa for the application in Los Angeles
But how do I go about it. Any one with concrete help ir agent.help? Please reply ......
I will post more background info and questions on this. Lemme not bore you.

U are fine bukola..11m is still a substantial sum and sure beats d minimum required for ur study(which I guess is PG)..You are still on track. Make sure u check for updates regularly..By the way wat route did u apply?Online or Paper?

I applied for Electrical and Computer Engineering (Communications - MSc) but I was unable to get a supervisor tho they said my file would still move round lecturers and I myt eventually secure one. I am expecting admission decision in April and praying UofR admits me too cos the wait is killing.

It'll sure end in praise. I picked Course route for calgary. Sure you filled and submitted the GAC(graduate awards) form as directed for your program. March/April is just around the corner. Work keeps me so busy anyways so time really flies. All d best for us all

It's okay as the program combines many fields. Its an interdisciplinary course so anyone from sciences, arts, s/sciences and other related fields are good fit. Just that like I learnt they give preference to having a masters degree earlier or being experienced. But really its very competitive considering the funding involved, one's research interest and the number of prospective candidates. Let's hope for the best. My saying, if it's God's will, it will not pass me/us by!

No you can't.. Biometrics is basically thumb and finger prints , capture of your face and that's the point where you get your tracking number to track your application

I believe you've asked this same question some weeks back. I think I remember someone asking y'all not to apply at the same time as the money is quite low for all three of u, but rather one after d other.

i have all documents required to process. i only want to submit after 3months when i can print my SOP showing 4months salary paid by my DaDs company (the employer). and ill have him write a study leave.
can i subbmit like that witout my SOA. or i should wait.

Well, my advice is don't put suspicious lump sum of money at once, the vo's study the statement of accounts for the inflow and outflow of cash, and the trend , if u drop such huge amount within a month it will be suspicious except there's a justification or proof for d lump sum , like a property sale or something
