Job Title: HR Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating recruitment activities by developing job descriptions, preparing and placing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
• Assist in conducting training needs analysis, preparing training plan and organizing training programmes
• Provide necessary advice to managers and employees on human resource policies and procedures
• Assist in coordinating objectives setting and performance appraisal activities
• Maintain an up to date and accurate staff records and filing system

Position Requirements
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Sound communication, judgment and decision-making skills
• Candidates MUST be a native and resident of Niger State only

Qualifications/Experience
•First Degree/ HND in Human Resource Management or any of the Social Sciences, Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources, Membership of CIPMN is an Added advantage
