My instinct told me that the aptitude test questions may be asked according to the applicant educational classification.eg,phd,msc,bsc,hnd,ond,o.level respectively and lastly,according to your area of interest.e.g: sci, engr, art, humanity etc. . .emphasis mine though. yu may add what yu suggest

we may not answer same questions hence we didnt all submit same qualification

Online Aptitude Test,a computer base test...if applicant scores above the required scores he/she will be invited for interview

Also note that applicants most be very fast in answering the set questions..cos you have less than 30sec for each qstn.

"you will receive a unique link to access your apptitude test center" what is unique is not vary,meaning is specially peculiar, i.e. . .your own online test questions is unique while mine is unique by virtues of my BSC compare to your MSC educational title in testing our various knowlege
