I don't even get your point with the 'saleke' people, Muslims mostly praise Allah when they count the rosary, except when reciting salawaat (invoking Allah's blessings on Prophet Muhammad and on few occasions, Prophet Ibrahim). If you were offended that they didn't include Jesus, as a Muslim back then, why weren't you also offended that they didn't include other prophets like Ishmael and Job? You and your dad were Muslims and converted, fine. There are people who were christians too but they converted to Islam, it happens both ways and will continue like that. You say you're not forcing anyone, but the way you go about your evangelism can only be described as subtle force. I have exactly the same belief about christianity as you do about Islam, but I don't go about looking for false justifications, forcing my belief down peoples' throats.
