What was the psychometric test like?
The bristow selection process involes 5 stages
Stage1- aptitude test ( 4 papers- eng, math, mechanical reasoning and essay writing)
Stage 2- one on one oral interview with a captain
Stage 3- CCT ( complex cordination test)
Stage 4- interview with panel
Stage 5- medical
Cross this stages and you will be on your way to IAC ilorin for 3 month then the next 1year six months in florida.

I got the that exact mail mail but I actually attached my CV and cover letter during the application stages, do you think I should go ahead and duplicate it in the CV and Cover letter section of the link in the mail.
Don't wanna appear like one desperate job seeker by filling everything on their website.

@Damsifrank, the psychometric was just shapes and you have to find a pattern. The thing get as e be but I know say na there I stop.

Thank you for the breakdown on the stages. Please can U give more details on stage 3 involving the complex coordination? What is it about and the expectation?

The CCT is done on a simulator that has pedals and lever that is used to check how good one reflexes are and to see how the hands, legs and eyes can co-ordinate at same time.

Lol, my guy u get mouth. I would advise you get a Microsoft Flight Simulator or If you have a buddy that has it, it will definitely help you. Flying it can help with your decision making, most especially when you are doing climbing and descending
