I don't think your boss has a software or hardware to do that across all the networks. He is not CIA or FBI, is he? It might be a coincidence or simple guess work with your colleaques, or they all collabrate to box you in a spot. If you are using official vehicle it might be that he had a tracker installed. There is no software in any store that can enable your boss hack into the network of the service providers to locate a sim card.
I advise that you try and keep to your work schedule and seek permission if you must move during working hours.

My boss openly said he's tracking us with his mobile phone whenever he calls, said he can track anyone of us provided the sim is registered.

He caught our driver and one of my other colleague last week. This is affecting my movement and I've tried most of the mobile apps but I find it hard to see any app tracking a caller without his GPS being activated. True caller is not working either.

Please I need help from an expert.
