Hello niralanders, i had a terrible experience yesterday when my order was delivered to me in Enugu. i bought a white 10" lenovo tablet on 02/02/15 and it arrived on 01/03/15 but i picked it yesterday.
At the first instance, i powered the tablet and it was fine..... i had to insert my micro sims to continue the testing but the network didnt show. i then decided to restart the tab to allow it detect network since it couldnt do that automatically. To my greatest surprise, the tab didnt power up again. I removed the sims and retried it again but no show.
i had to wait until there was power... i plugged it and waited for the screen to come on but no way.....the charger indicator was green meaning the battery was either full or not charging. I left it in power and slept off hoping my story would change by morning.

Right now i'm the most confused girl on earth because i dont know what to do........... i contacted my seller and the guy in China was talking rubbish.... that i should send him a video of the tab and myself trying to power it so he can understand what i meant. i've done that tho but no reply from him up till now
Please brothers ...... give me some helping hands here. I'm just down

@op sorry about this, I also buy from aliexpress and I ve never encountered a thing like this. Ur seller shld have changed it for u. Besides u wld ve used their escrow service. U only give d go ahead for payment to be released to d seller when u re satisfied with your good. Again sorry about this

I sent it for repairs already.

This just confirmed my fears and why I'd rather not buy electronics and gadgets from Aliexpress... Clothes and other items maybe but def not gadgets.

op, from ur explanation above, I think your gadget is not faulty but suffered total flat battery. what I observed from Chinese tablet is "you must never let it shut down itself " else it won't power on. It actually happened to a friend tablet and my little knowledge of electronic helped out. open the case... locate the the battery wire... colour coded black and red leading to the battery protector... cut it out in the region that will enable easy fixing back... cut out the charge cable... it colour coded red and black... now connect the battery wire u cut earlier to the charger cable as the colour code... that is red to red, black to black.... then plug the charger and leave it for at least 4hours.... and refix the battery and charge... assemble ur tablet... power it on.... viola... it must work. Thank me later
