The Last State Doctrine by Nobody: 11:24am On Mar 13, 2015
Sorry,I don't know what to term this doctrine , so I just decided to use"last state".
.
Please I need a biblical proof that supports the doctrine that even if you are a sinner or wicked all through your life but repent before you die, you will make eternal life ?
.
And most importantly,I need a biblical support that when someone who is righteous or who has been righteous sins at a point before death comes, the person won't make eternal life or have it ?

The only way to have eternal life is believing in Jesus Christ, accepting Him as Lord. It doesn't matter what point and stage... What matters is, was it done before death?

1corinthians 10:12 MSG
Don't be so naive and self-confident. You're not exempt. You could fall flat on your face as easily as anyone else. Forget about self-confidence; it's useless. Cultivate God-confidence.

Anyone whi dies in sin...no matter how saintly he's been all the years past, he cannot be in heaven. In fact, Satan would be there to claim such folk.

NB: eternal life is not a life we live after here, it's the God-life lived on earth by whosoever believes in Jesus.

Gombs made a very good points,an example is on the cross, our Lord crucified together with two criminals, one of the criminal at the point of death ask for forgiveness(the bible say God search the heart and the bible aslo say God knows our worry before we could even ask) Jesus the son of God knows this criminal heart and our Lord knows that the thief genuinely ask for forgiveness that why He forgive him.

Before we can examine whether a
believer can be secure in his salvation,
we need to understand how we are
saved according to the Bible. In many
religions it is believed that a person goes to heaven if one's good deeds outweigh ones bad deeds
. However, the Bible says that sins (bad
deeds) keep a person out of heaven,
regardless of good deeds, since God is
completely without sin and cannot have
fellowship with a sinner. When Jesus
first taught this concept, the disciples
were astonished and asked "Who then
can be saved?" Jesus' response was
"With man this is impossible, but with
God all things are possible." ( Matthew
19:26) So, the Bible says that salvation is
a WORK OF GOD, based upon belief in
Jesus Christ.

The tree on the cross is a good example. Read Ezekiel 18:21-28.
