oh yes! I am enjoying the sun these days...

No more heavy jacket ,just tiny one and scarf all around my neck.

My dear, he keep saying put on some clothes, and I keep saying close the doors. . How can I be at home to relax but covering everywhere.
When he leaves the door open once, no body go tell me go find clothes wear.

Went jogging yesterday. Nearly gave up after the second lap. I felt so hot...but managed to push on through to the end.

I catch cold easily . I even sleep most times with socks on

Good for you. I will resume fast walking next week. Twisted my knee skiing. lost almost 3kg. Need to get it back ASAP.

Hmmm...was out by 7:00a.m

Each lap takes me about 15 mins (1.5 miles). By 7:30 I almost gave up. Needless to say, I did complete my 4 laps (6 miles) in 1hr 5 mins.

So today, I set off earlier. 6:30 a.m - sky was cloudy. Lovely. No sun peeking out and messing up my runz.
