Selective conpensation. What of others who paid one fee or the other for the test? Has Abba Moro returmed their money?

Compensation and token they called it for the innocent lives lost in an effort to secure a job which didn't really exist or perhaps already issued to those with the right link. Could the token be equal to the lives lost? Besides, why has it taken them until now to do the needful of consoling the families? Could it be because of election?
