Since I can't run for 1hr, .

I used to have a Russian colleague that's always in the gym doing cardio for almost 1hr non stop and I couldn't understand her.

She was so petite but had so much stamina.
Right from time , I don't make more than 30mins jogging. Then I walk back the distance I jog. You challenge me. Let my knee heal first. I shall be back. No one, no one takes my crown this yr

I run by the beach an hour, 3 times each week and gosh, it hurts like crazy. I can't stop either, have become an addiction.

Will be doing paragliding with the whole family soon.

Came to this thread to look for ideas for my lingerie shopping, btw, I have always been a tee-shirt,PJ type but with a special occasion coming up, I want to pull a surprise.
