Stopped since we moved down to lag cos my area is not good. Tried one time,it was a disaster.
I was a constant runner when I was in abj.
So sweet after everybody must have gone home in central area.
Early in the morning around my area. So sweet.

As soon as I go back,i will start again.

I was doing that in abuja then,no problem but I tried once in Lagos. 5am. It was really risky I didn't bother the next day.
I just went to buy a skip rope I never used.
The most important thing is try to be very mobile.
Take some fresh air walking too.

Just make sure you take at least 30min walk everyday. I'm smiling right now.

i am busy with my cardio dear,my abs are more important...

i really don't need jogging as i walk more than i drive.

Moca if you stay anywhere near Lekki-Chevron, you can join me.
I run in the evenings, walk in the mornings. Used to squat and skip but my Oga just dont like skipping for very " senseless and selfish" reasons.
