moca:Eyah, doh, my sister. ("Doh" in my Isoko language is the same as "Ndoh" in Igbo...) Try elevating your leg with cushions and pillows so they are above your heart level. I also would have suggested getting Oga to press the leg with a hot towel and massage with RUB, but I don't know about the shaking. I think you should go to the hospital to get this checked out, just to be on the safe side... In the meantime forget about shakara shoes and "sisi-eko" footwear. Go for very low, flat, but well paced open-toe bathroom slippers. For now, it should be practicality and absolute comfort, over fashion. Ah..ah, this Omomo is taking it's toll on you. Hang on dear. You're nearly there. The finish line is in sight. |

Moca so sorry about that. Pls don't lose heart. You really don't need that kind of emotional stres now. But one doesn't even know what to say or do that will make you feel better. Pls pls for your health sake try to not get over worked up about it (easy to say I know) Just know that you still have people who love you and will look out for you no matter what. Bless you dear. |

Moca my condolences. I don't even know what to say that will give you comfort... (sigh) Do you know, a priest once said during a family member's funeral, "Death is akin to sleeping. Some of us go to bed early (short lifetime), some go to bed normal time (average lifespan), and some of us go to bed late (live long). But at the end of the day, we all go to bed. I can't even begin go explain how those words gave me solace even though I was hurting badly at the time. By the way, that was during my sweet darling dad's wake. I do miss him so much, everyday of my life...but you know what? Time is indeed a healer. The pain will ease, my sister, believe me, but you won't ever forget him. Now, I live my life, celebrating his everyday. I hold fast his teachings and values close to my heart, and strive to bring up my kids using the life's lessons I learnt from him. But most importantly, I thank God for giving me such a dear daddy. Moca, get lots of tissue and let the tears flow freely. Don't bottle up your emotions. And talk about him to your hubby. Talking helps ease the pain. It is well my sister. (((hugs 'n hugs))) |
