CAMNEWTON4PRES:You are right. My dad is Nigerian and I refer to it as "grandeur mirage". It is in this country that self-confidence and extreme folly have successfully allied themselves to form a very successful marriage amongst a vast amount of the citizenry. A marriage you would otherwise have thought impossible |

It probably came from the fact that oyinbo didn't on for long in Nigeria after independence, unlike most other African countries,I.e,the French colonized and southern African ones. However, the superiority is mostly misconception and empty bravado. |

If I may ask, why are you on a Nigerian forum? If you are so pissed off about Nigerians and our uncivilized nature, why punish yourself by debating and arguing with uncivilized Nigerians? JiggamanGh: |

I said pissed off NOT hate. Pissed off and hate are two completely different words. From your previous comments you believe that Nigerians are uncivilized, why on earth are you in a Nigerian forum to argue and debate with uncivilized Nigerians? JiggamanGh: |

Rennee:lol. Yes we are. Me in particular. Am not ranting about it. I only gave an instance. Which has expanded to this. It's not easy changing the name. But at least it starts with u! When you know something is not right. That's where the conviction begins. I love Nigeria as well despite all the tussle. My ex was from ondo. And she is wonderful. So I respect Nigerians. And I expect the same vice versa |

JiggamanGh:well, its great to take part in a peaceful debate with the nigerians like whats going on but then when some losers try to turn it into an e-war, i think they should be ignored. |

If their food smells like s.hi.t and p.is.s, they are not forcing you to eat it. This whole argument is becoming petty. ireneony: |
| Re: Where Did Nigerians Get That Superiority Complex From? by JiggamanGh: 10:56pm On Mar 15, 2015 |
teeowl:You said if Ghanaians kick nigerians out then nigeria will simply move to other 50 countries. I went on to say Ghanaians are too civilized to do such thing after we have learned our lesson from the past. Is funny how you got upset with my statement that ghana is too civilized as knock on nigeria but doesn't seem affected by naming a bag after a country during it's most difficult time since its birth. Nigerian didnt show civility when it kicked those Ghanaians out and they are yet to show civility by continuing to call the bag Ghana must Go. |

CAMNEWTON4PRES:I am a Nigerian but I detest that many Nigerians worship any pale skinned human being. Nigerians will join racist caucasians in tearing down their own fellow blacks. Even in Nigeria, many Nigerians will sit there like mumus while all these foreigners from the middle east, europe and where have you will come to Nigeria as expatriates and treat Nigerians like shyte on their own soil. It cannot get any more pathetic than that. Instead of Nigerians to join hands with other black Africans to make our continent a better place, many Nigerians will rather throw their fellow Africans under the bus and sadly do the same when on foreign soil. I am still trying to understand why many Nigerians have a inferiority complex when dealing with white people but suddenly develop a superiority complex when dealing with black Africans from other African countries. Maybe, years of seeing white Jesus and mary statues in some churches have made them that way because I cannot think of why many Nigerians are like that. It just beats me. |
