The Civil Society groups should take up this case, the late guy's family should seek their help, to make sure the culprits are brought to book.

Society should not keep mute about this, so that the police force can be properly reformed to totally stop extra-Judicial killings.

It would be sad if no one is brought to book for inflicting this level of torture on a suspect.
As usual the Police PRO would come out with the same press statement saying that an investigation would commence. It would then take ages to come out with the same crap while the perpetrators live to repeat this same incident at another time.
