Thank you onegig for your ideas sir, I used Malware Bytes and one Anti spyware/adware to scan and clean out my PC, and finally used CCleaner.
I also disabled 'superfect' in safe mode and uninstalled recent apps and programs as well as other not regularly used one's.

I have used my laptop now normally twice this evening and it is much better BUT it still freezes for like a minute before going smoothly unlike before when it freezes indefinitely.

And it still take a long time to boot.

Please can you show me or link me to a resource on how defragmentation is done?
It is TOTALLY new to me sir.

I see you have done alot to try and correct the anomaly.

Also an hard disk check won't be out of place if the problem persists.

HA...yes sir, I had to research, read and EVEN PRAY to fix this issue.
I got suggestions to check and clean the cooling fan.
To check processes in Task Manager
To check heat sink and so on.

BUT the one's that I payed greater attention to are O.S Registry errors/booting file corruption and Hard disk error which I carried out initially.

My results were for Hardware Diagnostics were:
Long DST: FAILED
Failure ID: Bla Bla Bla
Product ID: Bla Bla Bla
Hard Drive 1
