why don't we stock players like them? only £60m di maria & the media want to bite united's head off. barca paid £75m for suarez & close to £80m for neymar.

I know this is like beating a dead horse they have been unlucky with their seeding.
They have met Barca twice and Bayern munich once. Outside Chelsea I don't know any other english team that could've done better.
Arsenal, that is among the big 4 got assigned Monaco and couldn't qualify for the next round I don't think Monaco will pose that much of a threat to City.

don't put it down to luck....
i don't like using luck when it comes to football. everyone makes their own luck. if city had topped their group, they wouldn't have had to face top tier teams in the K.O. stage of the CL.
