Whether it’s the sweet perks, unlimited opportunities or management structure, there are some companies who just know how to take good care of their employees. Job community site Jobberman released a survey for Best Places to Work, which measured employee satisfaction, overall experience and commitment across employers in Nigeria.

The Best Companies to Work rankings include 50 multinationals , 45 majorly Nigerian companies and 12 government agencies.

To ascertain the companies that were the best places to work,  conducted surveys of more than 10,000  employees in Nigeria. Over 5000 companies were submitted by 10,482 respondents (experienced, entry level and exec management). 89% of those who filled the survey were gainfully employed. Only companies with at least 100 full-time permanent employees were considered.

The index was calculated by getting a weighted average of each recipient’s top 5 companies and dream company to work for. Recipients also selected workplace metrics that mattered to them in making these choices – Company Culture, Salary, Non-Salary Benefits, Proximity to Company Location, Prestige/Company Brand, Management Integrity and commitment to staff welfare.

From the survey results, there is clearly hope for indigenous companies in the next few decades as they continue to grow and dominate the economic landscape amidst existence of established multinationals doing business in Nigeria.

Imagine companies who were nothing in previous administrations, now are very good companies to work for. Honestly GEJ is onpoint and him alone till 2019.
As for a...fiiii... c... who now call the girls of a state in which they rule 'pr*stitutes', their is God.
This also means that if you want all Nigerian girls to be thesame, then vote a...fiii c... to rule from the presidency.
#teamGEJ.

OP,remove all the banks you listed there!Dont you know that most of their recruitments are outsourced?Majority of their staff are working contractually. For example,in Access Bank...Most times,in a branch, only the Channel Manager, the Head of Operations and the Customer Service Officer, is a full-time employee. The rests are contractual.

Come to think of it all this firms are already in Nigeria, yet unemployment rate is astronomical.

More reason why indigenous firms needs to thrive. Little thanks to the naira devaluation.

Na wa ooo...all these companies have a lot of workers working for them and they still employ people a lot. And these are just a fragment of the companies we have in Nigeria as I can think of plenty that are not up there. And still yet, jobs are not enough. Hmmm!
