According to those who took these photos, it's not clear If the Okadaman stripped himself or the police removed his trousers during a scuffle with them after they seized his Okada at Station bus-stop, Iju road, Agege. The police were alsos said to have sprayed teargas into the Okada man's eyes.

No one is realy sure who striped him

If he was the one who did it, I think he needs a very hard beating.

If it was the police who did it ( may be he was trying to resist been handcuffed) I think there's no problem because Police is his friend.
