....and who says the President "commissioned" the 2nd Niger bridge? What TV station gave you such news?

GEJ only flagged off the construction of the 2nd Niger bridge, not "commissioned" it.

.....and who says there is no work ongoing there? So you now sit in your house or where ever you are to decide what Government projects are ongoing or not?

But before then, pls take a trip to Onitsha, when you get to the current Niger bridge, look southwards and see the machinery working on site, you will also see the several piling operations going on simultaneously. Go and check it before considering yourself qualified to comment on anything about the 2nd Niger bridge!
